The project has been produced by an established architect, accordingly with the new technologies about prefabricated timber constructions, "sandwich" type. The house has 74 sq m living area on one storey which includes:

The house is situated in a lovely plot of land located in Vinitsa - near Varna and St Constantin and is only 5 km from the beach. The plot is 750 m2, it is nearby a pine forest and has a beautiful view and fresh air. The building time for completion is two months.
